Container Placement

All containers are placed on a hard, paved surface whenever possible to protect your property from damage. If you request placement on grass, gravel, dirt, or another unpaved surface, please be aware of the following:

•      If wet or unstable ground conditions prevent us from safely retrieving the container on your scheduled pickup date, additional charges may apply.

•      A trip fee of no less than $50, based on your location, may be charged for any delayed or attempted pickup.

•      The rental period will continue to accrue at the standard daily extension rate ($2/day) until ground conditions allow for safe removal.

By requesting placement on an unpaved surface, you accept responsibility for these potential added costs and for any damage to the ground, landscaping, or grass that may result from container placement or removal.

Container Relocation

For safety reasons, customers and site occupants should not attempt to move a container after it has been placed. If you need your container repositioned before your scheduled pickup, call our office at (918) 807-7118 and we will arrange it.

Liability

Southern Waste Control, LLC is not liable for injury, accidents, or property damage caused by or to a container while it is located at the customer's site. Customers are responsible for ensuring safe and reasonable access to and use of the container during the rental period.
